Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your data

What data we store

When you connect your Meta ad account to Verdict, we store the following data associated with your account:

  • Your name and email address (from sign-in)
  • Your connected Meta ad account details (account ID, name)
  • An encrypted copy of your Meta access token
  • Ad performance metrics synced from your Meta account (spend, ROAS, impressions, etc.)
  • Audit findings, alerts, and monthly audits generated from your ad data

How to delete your data

You can delete your data at any time using either of these methods:

Option 1 — Self-serve via Settings

Sign in to Verdict, go to Settings, disconnect your Meta account, then delete your account. This removes all your stored data immediately.

Option 2 — Email request

Send a deletion request to diegolomelin2@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.

Revoking Meta access

You can also revoke Verdict's access to your Meta account at any time directly from Meta. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites and remove Verdict from the list. This revokes our access token immediately.
