Verdict is operated by Jose David Lomelin.
Verdict collects your name and email address when you sign in, and connects to your Meta ad account when you authorize it. We store your ad performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, ROAS, etc.) to power the analytics dashboard.
Your data is used solely to display your ad performance and generate AI-powered creative analysis. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your Meta access token is encrypted at rest and never logged or exposed.
When you connect your Meta ad account, Verdict accesses your ad campaigns, ad sets, ads, and performance metrics via the Meta Graph API. We only request read access (ads_read). We do not create, modify, or delete any of your Meta ads or campaigns.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can disconnect your Meta account or delete your Verdict account at any time from the Settings page, which will remove your stored data.
Verdict uses the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI analysis), and Meta (ad data). Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
