By accessing or using Verdict ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Verdict is an ad-account audit service that connects to your Meta ad accounts, retrieves ad performance data, and runs scheduled audits on account integrity, surfacing issues such as disapproved ads, conversion-tracking drops, and spend anomalies as alerts and monthly audits.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the Service to access ad accounts you do not have permission to manage.
The Service accesses Meta ad data on your behalf using read-only permissions. You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies when using Verdict. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, access other users' data, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Audits, alerts, and reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or advertising advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on the Service's output.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
